Had really really nice stay in this nice hotel, the staff were pleasant, location was magnificent in the city center. The room was modest and cosy with an iron, a work desk and television. The view here was particularly good. Location: the venue was adjacent to the metro and tram stops as well as Milan...
The bathroom was very dirty.

The bed in our room was comfortable and we enjoyed the amazing view, while all staff members were friendly and welcoming.

It was not mentioned that this hotel is located on the 6th floor of a building, to which you can either walk up the winding stairs with your suitcase or take the elevator the barely fits one person with their luggage. The staff was not able to communicate with guests and nothing in the room worked. There was no air conditioning, which would have been okay had the fan worked. It was a terrible experience, the only saving grace was that we were able to get out of our reservation after one night with no penalty.

I liked the price
Our window looked on the Viale Tunisia, so it was very noisy because of constant heavy traffic. So our sleeping was very uncomfortable.

Location was quite good...view from window was quite nice too.
Very loud drainage system, which often seemed to produce a smell in the bathroom too. The room was not the cleanest and the staff were somewhat stand-offish. All small things, but they add up.

This is your regular lower-range hotel - you get all you basically need - a room with a clean bed and a private bathroom (like in most italian hotels, the water drain is in the floor, so the bathroom is soaking wet every time you take a shower - but this is standard). What is a very big positive, is that you get a big, nice balcony for your exclusive usage. Even if the hotel is rather basic, this by itself changes the way you feel in the room completely. The hotel is on the sixth floor. There's an elevator, though. Th staff is rather professional. The hotel is close to the main railway station and the neighborhood is safe - it's mainly a financial district.
I really don't have anything bad to say - it's not a luxury place - the furnishing is cheap and rundown, as is the hotel itself, but it's not at all a problem. You just get what you pay for. I'd still recommend this place to all the "normal" folks.

The welcoming staff, decent location near the metro, and excellent service were all perfect. the easy check-in was a bonus. the hotel's location next to a large boulevard, tram cars, the main railway and train stations, and other interesting places was convenient. the fabulous food with a wide array of options was greatly appreciated by us both.

The location is magnificent, right next to the main railway station and shopping area. Plus, it's within walking distance to Porta Venezia City Gate. the food at the hotel is fabulous. the rooms are cheap and large, with shared bathrooms available. It's a good choice with a variety of options.
